It was a faulty belt and I had very little communication from customer services

I've personally spoken to our customer service team about the phone and email logs. I can see a phone call and a chain of 17+ emails regarding this matter. From the conversations with the customer service team, we felt the issue was resolved and you were happy with the resolution . If you’re no longer with this result now, please do let us know!
