Every Mackenzie & George piece is made with care in our workshop in Shropshire, England. Because we make our products rather than simply picking them from a warehouse, dispatch time depends on whether your chosen item is already in stock or needs to be made for you.
Items in stock: normally within 1-2 working days.
Made-to-order items: usually within 7-10 working days.
At particularly busy times our workshop lead times may be slightly longer. Where we expect a significantly longer wait, we will endeavour to update you.
If your chosen bag is already in stock, it will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Where a bag needs to be made to order, please allow approximately 4 weeks. During our busiest periods, particularly May to August and November to December, this may increase to around 6 weeks.
If you need a bag for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can check current stock and workshop lead times.
Adding personalisation does not normally significantly delay your order. Where additional time is required, personalisation will usually add no more than one working day to the normal dispatch time.
Once your order has been made and dispatched, UK delivery normally takes 1-3 working days.
Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service and tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please remember that carrier delivery time is in addition to any time required to make your order.
Yes. Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £100 or more. Any delivery charge that applies to smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay.
If you are ordering for a birthday, wedding, Christmas, an event or another important date, please contact us before placing your order.
We can check whether the item is already in stock and, if it is not, whether our workshop can make it in time. We will always do our best to help where we can.
Yes. International orders are dispatched from our workshop in Shropshire, United Kingdom, so they will take longer to arrive than UK deliveries.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing in the receiving country.
We offer a duties-paid service, meaning applicable customs duties and import charges are covered by Mackenzie & George, so you should not normally receive an additional customs charge when your order arrives.
Occasional customs delays are outside our control.
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information so that you can follow its journey.
