We have a 3 month return/exchange policy, and the item needs to be returned in a resellable condition. Thats it!

Simply send request the exchange or return in your online account where once approved you will receive a returns label, or send with the receipt from your show purchase.

You'll need to make sure that the following is included if sending the receipt:

Name, Order No., Return Address, Phone number/Email address, Details of the exchange (size bigger/smaller, different colour, different style or refund).
