**PLEASE BE AWARE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON PERSONALISED ITEMS**

You may need to update your customer account to access the returns portal. Please click here to do so.

We have a 3 month return/exchange policy, and the item needs to be returned in a resellable condition. Thats it!

Please be aware sale items (other than on Black Friday) are not valid for free returns or exchanges. 

Simply send request the exchange or return in your online account where once approved you will receive a returns label, or send with the receipt from your show purchase.

You'll need to make sure that the following is included if sending the receipt:

Name, Order No., Return Address, Phone number/Email address, Details of the exchange (size bigger/smaller, different colour, different style or refund).
