We have a 3 month return/exchange policy, and the item needs to be returned in a resellable condition. Thats it!
Simply send request the exchange or return in your online account where once approved you will receive a returns label, or send with the receipt from your show purchase.
You'll need to make sure that the following is included if sending the receipt:
Name, Order No., Return Address, Phone number/Email address, Details of the exchange (size bigger/smaller, different colour, different style or refund).

Please return your purchase in an unused condition and ensure it is well packaged to avoid damage in the post.
Do ensure you get proof of sending, and allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be made and sent back out.
If the product is returned in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right to not issue a full refund.
If you are sending an item back for exchange from outside of mainland UK, there is a postage charge of £8.95.
